The fully automatic aluminum strip bending machine unit has been further optimized in terms of setup and operation, requiring only three communication cables to be connected (both the power and communication interfaces are designed for quick plugging) before it can be put into operation. The operator only needs to monitor the initial alignment of the workpiece, and the subsequent precise positioning and measurement work of the bending machine can be completely completed independently by the robot. Due to the use of offline programming technology, CNC bending machines can continuously process the current part while the robot prepares for the next program, significantly improving production efficiency. In addition, the adjustment during the program testing phase is also more convenient - if the machining position needs to be corrected, the operator can directly complete the calibration next to the bending machine without returning to the programming process, thereby greatly shortening the production debugging cycle.
