一、雙組份打膠機(jī)的基本操作原理

　　1. 固化劑過濾器下端出口及混合器進(jìn)料處均設(shè)有高壓球閥，沖膠泄壓用，混合器上設(shè)有單向針閥，不但使混膠更加均勻，而且防止兩種組份互竄。

　　二、用中空玻璃打膠機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)該注意些什么以及如何操作中空玻璃打膠機(jī)

　　1、混膠或沖槍時(shí)，一定要先打開膠嘴控制閥門，然后再打開供膠機(jī)，以免壓力劇增損壞設(shè)備或者出現(xiàn)安全事故。

　　4、操作參數(shù)設(shè)置時(shí)，在控制箱pc顯示屏上進(jìn)行，根據(jù)須要而選擇設(shè)定值，不要隨意設(shè)定，以免控制器發(fā)出錯(cuò)誤的信息，影響打膠質(zhì)量或損壞設(shè)備。

　　4, the operation parameters are set on the control box PC display screen, according to the need to select the set value, do not arbitrarily set, so as to avoid the controller to send wrong information, affect the quality of glue or damage equipment.

　　5.機(jī)頭前方檢測玻璃開關(guān)的光眼上不能有膠，否則誤工作。
