操作注意事項
　　1. Precautions for operation
　　1、混膠或沖槍（沖洗混膠器、膠嘴）時，必須把機頭行走到軌道末端，用接膠板接住膠嘴內(nèi)放出的膠，以免污染設(shè)備。
　　1, when mixing glue or punching gun (Flushing glue mixing machine and rubber nozzle), we must walk the machine head to the end of the track, and use the adhesive plate to catch the glue released from the rubber nozzle, so as not to contaminate the equipment.
　　2、操作參數(shù)設(shè)置時，在控制箱pc顯示屏上進行，根據(jù)須要而選擇設(shè)定值，不要隨意設(shè)定，以免控制器發(fā)出錯誤的信息，影響打膠質(zhì)量或損壞設(shè)備。
　　2, when the operation parameter is set, it is carried out on the PC display box of the control box. According to the requirement, the setting value is selected, and it is not set at will, so that the controller can send out the wrong information, affect the quality of glue or damage the equipment.
　　3、混膠或沖槍時，一定要先打開膠嘴控制閥門，然后再打開供膠機，以免壓力劇增損壞設(shè)備或者出現(xiàn)安全事故。

　　4、打膠時一定要扶好玻璃，避免玻璃脫離定位，影響打膠質(zhì)量。

　　5、沖槍時先關(guān)閉機頭上的B膠出膠閥門，關(guān)閉B膠泵，然后打開B膠回流閥門，后沖槍，沖洗至出膠口不出黑膠，沖洗才能結(jié)束。

　　6.機頭電機下面不要有異物，遠離電機以免發(fā)生危險。

　　7.機頭前方檢測玻璃開關(guān)的光眼上不能有膠，否則誤工作。

　　9.吸盤上不能放石灰粉，如有膠請清理，如果有的玻璃邊緣正好放到吸盤的中心時，可調(diào)節(jié)吸盤左右移動.

　　10.打三玻時要將鋁框檢測探針缷掉，雙玻時在安裝上。

　　1、新機器經(jīng)過一段時間的運轉(zhuǎn)之后，應(yīng)全面檢查各緊固件是否有松動現(xiàn)象，并重新緊固。
