全自動雙組份打膠機留意事項

1、壓盤上的放氣閥門要保持曉暢，要定時疏通和清洗。

2、正常作業(yè)時不要斷氣源，假如發(fā)現(xiàn)斷氣源應(yīng)中止作業(yè)。

3、若涂膠作業(yè)過程中中止時刻超越15分鐘以上時，一定要用“沖槍”。本機有報警功用，屆時沒有沖膠會有蜂鳴器報警。

5、硅酮膠B 組份遇空氣會結(jié)殼，影響泵的正常作業(yè)和管路的疏通，因而，停機時B組份膠的一切通道在泄壓后均應(yīng)封閉，使B組份不得觸摸空氣。

6、B膠桶內(nèi)假如要有空氣，空氣將排不出來，B泵將快速往返運動，不能向高壓泵內(nèi)正常供膠，影響整個體系，因而，必須將空氣排出來。辦法是：將壓盤提出重新壓入并放氣。

7、液壓站體系的壓力，不能調(diào)的太高，要根據(jù)室內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度等實際情況，調(diào)至滿意膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。翻開液壓站時一定要翻開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，形成安全事故。
7. 8、A膠提膠泵接連作業(yè)1分鐘以上沒有供膠中止，闡明管路內(nèi)有空氣，此時會報警，須翻開泵上管接頭再翻開A膠提膠泵，直到出膠中止，中止并接好接頭，膠槍會出現(xiàn)有空氣的嗶嗶爆破聲，空氣排凈就好了。
8. 9、因為每次沖刷混合器不會徹底干凈，每次都有少數(shù)的混合膠堆積，越來越多，以致堵塞混合器通道，用一段時刻后，影響出膠量和混合作用，因而要定時（聚硫膠五天，硅酮膠兩天）清洗混合器。把混合器內(nèi)的混膠棒拆出，如有損壞更換新的混膠棒。若混膠棒拆不出來，可用火燒掉，留意不能損害零件螺紋。
9.
